Patrick has been on the prestigious Lawyer Referral and Information Service of the San Diego County Bar Association for over 25 years. Patrick’s knowledge of these professions and organizations has assisted him in the handling of many jury trials ranging from the areas of business litigation, personal injury, real estate actions and all forms of civil litigation, from both the plaintiff and defendant standpoints.
Patrick has tried to completion more than twenty civil jury trials in the fields of real estate, business disputes, personal injury, commercial litigation and construction. He has handled over one hundred non-jury trials and arbitrations as well. Patrick has represented clients in countless mediations and arbitrations and practices in almost every county of California. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, business, transactions, catastrophic personal injury, civil litigation and trial advocacy.
A graduate of California Western School of Law, Patrick pursued his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University. Patrick has been a resident of San Diego since 1987. In his spare time, you can find Patrick on the golf course or with his family.
Patrick J. Stark is the managing partner at Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP. An experienced and aggressive attorney, Patrick has been a licensed attorney in California since 1990 and is also licensed in Texas. He is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000.

James briefly worked in Virginia politics before moving to California to pursue law. He taught middle school during his post-graduate studies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2000, James worked at the San Diego County Office of the District Attorney, Child Support Enforcement Division; and then at Garrison & McInnis, LLP. James represented clients in white collar and other criminal defense cases in state and federal court.
James is licensed to practice in the State of California and has represented clients pro hac vice in Washington, Texas and Florida. He serves as general counsel to several California businesses. James is a member of the State Bar and San Diego County Bar Association.
In his spare time, you can find James mountain biking or jogging in various San Diego canyons with his family or studying music.

Anna is a prior Vice President and board member of the San Diego County Bar Association, as well as a board member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego.
Anna is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society. She received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and the District of Columbia.
Anna is bi-lingual in Russian and English. When Anna is not working with her clients or serving the community, she enjoys road cycling, cooking, and chasing her toddler daughter around the playground.
