Additionally, Tamra volunteers as a pro bono attorney for San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, assisting clients with high-conflict custody and domestic violence disputes. Tamra prioritizes educating her clients and providing decisive counsel, to guide clients toward expedient and fair outcomes.
Outside of family law, Tamra serves as a board member of Lawyers Club of San Diego and member of the SDCBA Volunteer Arbitration Panel. She is also an Alumni Recruitment Coordinator for Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School, where she attended undergraduate university and law school. In 2024, Tamra graduated from the SDCBA Leadership Academy, where she studied effective communication and relational dynamics. Before entering private practice, Tamra completed an AmeriCorps Attorney Fellowship and worked at Legal Aid Society of San Diego for several years.
In her spare time, Tamra attends professional networking functions, frequently travels with her partner and 2 stepsons, and spends time with her rescue dog, Gwen.
Tamra N. Lett is an Associate Attorney with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP in the firm’s family law division. She is an active member of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association and California Lawyers Association Family Law Section. She is also a San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA) Family Law Section Committee member.
Maiko is well-equipped to assist clients with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property division, and post-judgment issues. The joy she finds in supporting and empowering others is what drew her to family law, and she is committed to advancing service, integrity, and compassion in her practice.
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California San Diego, she knows how important clear communication and active listening can be in understanding a client’s needs and guiding them through a time that can often feel stressful and overwhelming. She strongly believes in the importance of a client-focused approach and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in achieving their goals.
Maiko was born and raised in Southern California, but stays connected with her family in Japan and feels at home there too. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and nothing makes her happier than finding a dog, cat, or other animal she can pet.
Maiko Bracken is a junior associate in the Family Law Division of the firm. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and is admitted to the State Bar of California. She received a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law as well.
